The Housatonic Flyer

The Housatonic Flyer was the first Mass Bay RRE excursion since 1967 to cover the entire Canaan-Danbury midsection of New Haven's "Berkshire Line," now the Berkshire Subdivision of the new Housatonic Railroad. The Flyer used two engines and six coaches - all converted Erie-Lackawanna MU trailers - from the Berkshire Scenic Railway Museum in Lenox, Mass., as had 2008's Berkshire Flyer between Pittsfield and Canaan.
